COACHING
I recommend a minimum of three sessions and a maximum of six for you to really gain something out of our work together. However, before you make a commitment I offer a free telephone or online consultation with no obligation to continue to find out if I am the right coach for you. This is absolutely vital before moving any further. If, after the initial consultation you feel I am not the right fit for you then you are under no obligation to commit and the consultation is absolutely free of charge. If you do wish to go ahead then we will agree guidelines for our work together and begin a very exciting journey!

WORKSHOPS
Pricing on workshops is dependent on size and needs of the group or team concerned. An hourly or daily rate will be applied once specific needs are addressed and agreed between both parties.
